Lead agent Bedir Özdemir has built a strong foundation of player development through his coaching, scouting and world-wide network. For our players, in everything we do; we aim for perfection and occasionally settle for excellence. Over the years, we've seen the profound effects it has had on our players.

I have dedicated my life to football; my goal has been and is still to understand process of player development, hence why I've travelled to the leading clubs in European countries and most elite player coaches. I will never stop improving to offer the "best representation for my clients".

I've obtained my FIFA coaching badges and have worked with players of all age groups in various professional academies in Europe. Now I have one aim. I handle my clients contracts, development on/off field and relentlessly get them to improve. I only work with select clients. Those players that have decided to be successful and have a burning ambition. Most of my clients have either started the work or are committed to becoming the best. This is an ongoing process, for the 1% and not for all players.
